Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of foot jewelry on caragleam.com, operated by SNS DIGITAL LLC, 4405 Jager Dr NE Ste C4, PMB 2066, Rio Rancho, NM 87144, United States. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 — Products

We offer anklets, toe rings and foot chains. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only. Cara Gleam reserves the right to modify its product range at any time.

Article 3 — Prices

All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes. Cara Gleam reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applied to your order is the one in effect at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.

Article 4 — Orders

Your order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. Cara Gleam reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a stock issue or fraudulent payment.

Article 5 — Payment

Payments are processed securely online via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay). Card details are encrypted and never stored by Cara Gleam.

Article 6 — Shipping

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is offered on orders over $40. Cara Gleam is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order, no questions asked. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Article 8 — Warranties

All products are covered by the legal warranty against hidden defects. If you receive a defective item, contact us at caragleam@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt.

Article 9 — Liability

Cara Gleam cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of its products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

Article 10 — Governing Law
